Meet Skye

Owner and Founder

Skye Strange is the Founder of Therapy2Thrive Solutions and has over 12 years of experience supporting children, young people, adults, and families. Her work is grounded in genuine care, practical experience, and a deep understanding of what families need to feel supported and confident.

Skye’s personal experience raising children with different abilities has shaped her compassionate, family‑centred approach. She understands the challenges families can face when navigating supports and is committed to making the process clearer, calmer, and more connected.

Motivated by a desire to create coordinated, accessible support for families, Skye built a team of caring, skilled professionals who share her commitment to helping children and young people grow, participate, and thrive in their everyday environments.

Skye encourages a collaboration between all service providers that families are working with, their expertise and collective efforts maximise the probability of achieving the participant’s goals.

To optimise therapy, the team employs multi-sensory learning, neurodiverse-affirming approach that recognises the significance of engaging clients through interest-based learning. Therapy 2 Thrive Solutions approach also affords individuals choice and control in their therapy sessions.
